Monday Movie Blog - Halloween Edition

Welcome to the Monday Movie Blog on Chief 187 Chatter. Halloween is one week away.

Movies have often set the tone for how this holiday should be witnessed. When one is scared the adrenaline streams, the heart races, and the pulse quickens. Scary movies are ideal for making that all happen from the comfort of your theater chair or couch!

This week’s focus is horror/scary movies appropriate for Halloween. In addition, for my benefit, list any movies appropriate for Halloween that are not scary but fun for younger viewers! For

any of these options please leave a list of actors in the film as well as a brief description or review.

To access archived Monday Movie Blogs please type “Monday Movie Blog” into the search feature located in the upper left hand corner of this page. Feel free to leave new selections for any of the topics as this resource is best when it continues to grow!

Please join me tomorrow for Chief 187 Chatter’s most popular post of the week, Simple Joys!

  2. Halloween the movie with Jamie Lee Curtis was really a classic horror slasher movie the music helped build tension throughout the feature! Now for the kids the movie Iron Giant is a great sci-fi story offering some great classic style animation I am also a fan of the 1930's animated version of Gullivers Travels. I hope these add some imagination and quality time to everyones halloween fun!
