Monday Movie Blog - Movies Starring SNL Cast Members

Welcome to the Monday Movie Blog on Chief 187 Chatter. Truth be told I haven’t had a lot of time to watch movies of late save the time last week I was able to view Warrior in the theater. As the NASCAR season is long and intense my weekends are filled with races and

writing articles about said races. But there are seven races left until the NASCAR Sprint Cup finale for 2011 so I know my weekend viewing schedule will open up completely. I am anxiously waiting the time when I can relaxingly peruse the Monday Movie Blog categories and choose movies that in turn appeal to me. I am thrilled this resource exists with your input!

This week’s focus is movies that star Saturday Night Live cast members currently or formerly. Please list any and all movies that fit the category including the list of stars, a brief description of the movie or a review. As Saturday Night Live has been on air for more than thirty years and the casts have all had break-out talents who eventually made movies, this category should be long and varied. I look forward to reading your entries!

Please join me tomorrow for Chief 187 Chatter’s most popular feature Simple Joys. If you like what you are reading here please share the link, tell a friend, or tweet about it. Thank you for your continued support!

  3. Some great movies listed Bill Murray seems most prolific. Don't forget Caddyshack with Murray & Chase! It can't be a snl list without the head of the classt cult classic Animal House with John Belushi! By the way Ed Wood was one strange movie and dude ( imagine your life made into a movie by Tim Burton!)
